Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — whether or not authorised by you — is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility. 10x777 operates full KYC procedures in compliance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required at any time to submit identity documents including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 10x777 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
10x777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following Supported Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to high-value deposits.
All deposit transactions are processed in real time subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider. 10x777 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of 10x777.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 10x777 account are from lawful sources and belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and funds investigation.
USDT TRC20 Note: Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. 10x777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a transfer is initiated and the time it is credited to your account. Network fees applicable to TRC20 transactions are borne by the depositing User.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account Dashboard at any time, subject to the following conditions. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit matches and other promotional rewards offered by 10x777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering on certain game types (including but not limited to live casino games and low-margin bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual offer.

10x777's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10x777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from technical errors, or that any specific game or betting market will remain available indefinitely. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice where required for security or infrastructure reasons.
